How to Make delicious syrup with apple cider, cinnamon, brandy and brown sugar

Turn your apple cider into a delicious syrup with a little cinnamon, brandy and brown sugar. This apple cider syrup can be used in a variety of recipes. Add it to maple cream cheese icing for pumpkin whoopie pies and even use it in cocktails that need a hint of sweetness. Experiment with it in anything that asks for the feel-good flavor of apples.

INGREDIENTS:

* 2 cups apple cider

* 1 cinnamon stick

* 1 tbsp applejack brandy

* 2 tbsp light brown sugar

HOW-TO:

1. Place all ingredients in saucepan on medium heat

2. Heat for about 30-40 minutes, until mixture is about one-quarter the original amount, and contents become syrup-like

3. Remove from heat and allow to cool before use
