How to Mix a chimichurri sauce with cilantro and parsley

1 1/2 cups cilantro

1 1/2 cups parsley

2 cloves garlic

2 tbsp red wine vinegar

salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Ingredients:

1. Combine cilantro, parsley, garlic, red wine vinegar and salt and pepper in a KitchenAid Food Processor.

2. While the food processor is still running, add olive oil and continue to blend until all ingredients are well mixed.

3. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to two days.
